Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Renaissance Austin Hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were spacious and clean, but I faced challenges with service and interactions. While the location was fantastic, easy to get to restaurants and attractions, my check-in experience was disappointing, and I felt the staff could improve their attentiveness.
My stay at the Renaissance Austin Hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, I found the rooms clean and spacious, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. However, I encountered significant noise issues from neighboring rooms that left a lot to be desired. It felt frustrating to have to contact security multiple times with little resolution.
I had a generally positive stay at the Renaissance Austin Hotel. The location, while in the suburbs, was still within easy reach of great cafes and restaurants. and I loved the free parking. The staff was friendly and attentive, promptly fixing a WiFi issue. However, I did notice that our king suite lacked enough towels for two people, and some noise could be heard from adjacent rooms.
I had a pretty great stay at the Renaissance Austin Hotel! The staff were super friendly and attentive, which made all the difference. The only downsides were the slow elevators and the slight distance from downtown Austin, making it harder to explore. Overall, I’d definitely say it was worth it, and I'd come back again.
